Redistributions of source code, javascript and css minified versions must retain the copyright notice, the list of conditions and the disclaimer. Neither the name of the copyright holder nor the names of its contributors may be used to endorse or promote products derived from this software without specific prior written permission.

There is no particular constraint on the choice of the licenses of the plugins you might develop. We, however, strongly encourage you to distribute your plugins publicly and place them under an open license.
